Shipping and delivery

Production time: Customer attention is drawn to the fact that Anaïs Lisany is a single artisan in production.

For products in stock at the time of the drop, shipping takes place within 48 hours.

Shipping: Parcels are shipped via Mondial Relay with tracking within mainland France. The company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or for the loss of the parcel after it has been handed over to them.

Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting us by email (anaislisany@gmail.com)

• Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, free from any perfume or tobacco odor).

• Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Refund: After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

• No returns are accepted for pre-ordered items, as the production is intended for the customer only.
