General terms of use

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) detail the rights and obligations of the company Anaïs Lisany and its customers in connection with the sale of handcrafted products offered on the website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Product Characteristics

Each item is handcrafted by the designer. The customer acknowledges that the images are not contractual: minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, reflecting the unique and non-industrial nature of the creations.

Article 3 – Ordering and "Drop" System

The sale works through "Drops" (ephemeral sales).

• Availability: Products are only available for sale during the announced printing window. Outside of these periods, the catalog can be viewed but no purchases can be completed.

• Order Confirmation: The order is considered final upon confirmation of payment. Anaïs Lisany reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior payment dispute.

Article 4 – Price and payment

Prices are expressed in euros (€). Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable (Micro-enterprise). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is due immediately by credit card or secure payment service.

Article 5 – Retention of Title

The products remain the property of the company Anaïs Lisany until full payment of the price has been received by the company.
